December. In Pictures.

Countless times I have sat down and tried to blog this past week, but all my efforts fell prey to a fussy baby, a bored 6-year old, housework and the thud of my head hitting the keyboard after a cumulative 2-hours of sleep the night before. Instead of trying to play a fast and furious game of catch-up as I type one-handed and attempt to keep my eyes open when all they want to do is give into a nap, I'm going to just make this a picture post and call it good for the year. ;)

Brock had a birthday!! 

Clarke took cupcakes to Brock's kindergarten class where his teacher had a small party planned to celebrate B's birthday. Brock loved the birthday crown his teacher gave him...

I was contracting the entire time it took to frost Brock's Lego head cake--so it looks a little wonky, but Brock was delighted by it and that's all that mattered.

Did you hear that we had a baby?

This is what 2-hours of sleep looks like on a new mom.

Thank goodness, Cami looks cute. 

The hustle and bustle of Christmas...

Cami had to spend Christmas under the photo therapy lights...

Luckily, she's off of the bili lights now and is expected to slowly de-yellow as her jaundice leaves her system over the next several weeks.
