Memorial Day

On Memorial Day, we took our children to the Kuna Cemetery to pay our respects to the American servicemen and servicewomen who have valiantly fought for and even given their lives for our country. We've done this for the past few years with Brock and its an experience that he not only remembers, but looks forward to doing each year.
It also gave our family a chance to stop in and put some flowers on Amelia's headstone.

The experience was made even sweeter this year for Brock because he can now read the names on the headstones and learn which arm of the military the man or woman served. As you can imagine, our little soldier was thrilled to learn that so many people buried in Kuna have served in all aspects of the military.

Clarke unconsciously demonstrated numerous methods of toting a 20lb baby...

My favorite....(hehehe)

NotEnoughTime-Itis

It's been over a month since I last blogged?
Geez, Louise!
(insert overly dramatic, but well deserved sigh)

Sadly, there is not enough time in the day or the night, or the week, or even this past month for me to update our blog without it coming at the expense of no less than at least twelve other urgent things that must get done that very second, or else!
Chalk it up to poor time management or just life...on fast forward.
I like to believe it's the latter.

At any rate, and assuming our family and friends haven't given up reading our blog, here is a little glimpse at what has been keeping us insanely busy...

I will be back later with stories and pictures and updates.
And by later, I mean sometime this year. I hope.
Eep!
