It's been 10-years since we built and moved into our "5-year house," our first home as a young couple without kids or dogs or truckloads of stuff. We'll live here 5 years and move on, we told ourselves. 10- years and one pathetic economy later, we find ourselves struggling to fit our growing family into such a tight space. So, we're taking the plunge. We're decluttering the house. We're spiffing up the curb appeal. We're making arrangements to build our next house. And within a few weeks, we're putting that "For Sale" sign in our front yard and hoping for the best.
